Josh’s career in the call center industry started in 2009 as an outbound call center agent, qualifying leads for an insurance company. As many do in the industry, Josh worked his way up through the management ladder. Over the next 6 years, Josh learned the industry from the inside out, serving as an Account Manager for both Inbound and Outbound accounts onshore, nearshore, and offshore. In 2014, Josh built a 150 seat call center in Belize to further his understanding of the industry.
Working with customers in all facets of the outsourcing industry, Josh understands the struggles of finding a good vendor to partner with, and strives to help clients find the ideal match for the campaign at hand.
Josh now lives in Huntington Beach, CA with his wife, and enjoys playing hockey and golf on the weekends. He volunteers with the Big Brother Big Sister Organization of Orange County.
